Storage

Reconstitution

It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 mg/ml. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.

SDS-PAGE

Cynomolgus PVRIG, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

Bioactivity-ELISA 1

Immobilized Human Nectin-2, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag at 1 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Cynomolgus PVRIG, Fc Tag with a linear range of 0.5-8 ng/mL.

Bioactivity-BLI 1

Loaded Cynomolgus PVRIG, Fc Tag on Protein A Biosensor, can bind Human Nectin-2, His Tag with an affinity constant of 0.44 uM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e).
