Storage

Reconstitution

It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 mg/ml. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.

Immobilized Cynomolgus Nectin-4-His at 5μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Human Nectin-1-His: Biotinylated by NHS-biotin prior to testing. The ED50 of Human Nectin-1-His is 1.52 ug/ml.
