Recombinant Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque CD274 protein(AA Phe 19-Arg 238)(Accession # F6VEW6-1) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). In the region Phe 19-Arg 238, the AA sequence of Cynomolgus and Rhesus macaque PD-L1 are homologus. This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.

Molecular Mass

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 51.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 60-70 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Storage

Reconstitution

It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 mg/ml. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.

SDS-PAGE

Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque PD-L1, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.

Bioactivity-ELISA 1

Immobilized Cynomolgus PD-1, His Tag at 10 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque PD-L1, Fc Tag with a linear range of 0.156-5 ug/mL (QC tested).

Bioactivity-BLI 1

Loaded Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque PD-L1, Fc Tag on Protein A Biosensor, can bind Cynomolgus PD-1, His Tag with an affinity constant of 3.1 uM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested).
