Recombinant Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque TIGIT protein(AA Met 89-Ile 208)(Accession # G7NXM4-1) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). In the region Met 89-Ile 208, the AA sequence of Cynomolgus and Rhesus macaque TIGIT are homologus. This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.

Molecular Mass

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 39.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 45-55 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Storage

Reconstitution

It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 mg/ml. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.

Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque TIGIT, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

Immobilized Rhesus macaque CD155, His Tag at 5 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque TIGIT, Fc Tag with a linear range of 0.039-0.625 ug/mL (QC tested).

Loaded Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque TIGIT, Fc Tag on Protein A Biosensor, can bind Human CD155, His Tag with an affinity constant of 8.2 uM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested).
