Storage

Reconstitution

It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 mg/ml. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.

Human CD160, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.

Bioactivity-ELISA 1

Immobilized Biotinylated Human HVEM, Fc Tag at 5 ug/mL (100 uL/well) on streptavidin precoated (0.5ug/well) plate, can bind Human CD160, His Tag with a linear range of 8-63 ng/mL.
