Product Overview
Recombinant human CD226, fused to hIgG-His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
Description
CD226, also known as CD226 antigen isoform, is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily containing 2 Iglike domains of the V-set. It is an activating receptor expressed on NK cells and T cells and plays an important role in cytotoxicity of these cells against target cells.
