Storage

Reconstitution

It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 mg/ml. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.

SDS-PAGE

Human DNAM-1, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

Bioactivity-ELISA 1

Immobilized Rhesus macaque CD155 at 5 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Human DNAM-1, Fc Tag with a linear range of 2-31 ng/mL.

Bioactivity-BLI 1

Loaded Human DNAM-1, Fc Tag on Protein A Biosensor, can bind Human CD155, His Tag with an affinity constant of 1.1 uM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e).

Bioactivity-BLI 2

Loaded Human DNAM-1, Fc Tag on Protein A Biosensor, can bind Human Nectin-2, His Tag with an affinity constant of 0.66 uM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e).

Bioactivity-FACS 1

FACS assay shows that recombinant Human DNAM-1 Protein, Fc Tag can bind to 293T cell overexpressing human CD155. The concentration of DNAM-1 used is 0.03 ug/ml.
