Storage

Reconstitution

It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 mg/ml. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.

SDS-PAGE

Human CD27, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

HPLC

The purity of Human CD27, Fc Tag was greater than 85% as determined by SEC-HPLC.

Bioactivity-ELISA 1

Immobilized Human CD27, Fc Tag at 2 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human CD27 Ligand, Fc Tag with a linear range of 1-31 ng/mL.

Bioactivity-Cell based assay 1

Flow Cytometry assay shows that Human CD27, Fc Tag can bind to Raji cells Surface Human CD70. The concentration of CD27 used is 1 ug/mL.
