Recombinant Human CD7 Protein (26-180aa), C-His-Tagged
Product Description
Cat
IMP-9435
Official Symbol
CD7
Product Overview
Recombinant human CD7 protein, fused to His-tag at Cterminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
Description
CD7, also known as T-cell antigen CD7, is glycosylated and palmitoylated transmembrane protein in the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is expressed on T cells, NK cells, myeloid progenitor cells, and CD19+ B progenitor cells. Among CD8+ T cells, the CD7-bright population preferentially contains naive and memory cells, while more weak expressors are primarily effector cells.
