Recombinant Human CD70 Protein, Tag Free
Product Description
Cat
IMP-7460
Official Symbol
CD70
Product Overview
Recombinant human CD70 protein without tag was produced in CHO.
Description
The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. This cytokine is a ligand for TNFRSF27/CD27. It is a surface antigen on activated, but not on resting, T and B lymphocytes. It induces proliferation of costimulated T cells, enhances the generation of cytolytic T cells, and contributes to T cell activation. This cytokine is also reported to play a role in regulating B-cell activation, cytotoxic function of natural killer cells, and immunoglobulin sythesis.

Storage
Store the lyophilized protein at -20 centigrade. Following reconstitution product is stable for 3 months when stored in working aliquots with a carrier protein at -20 centigrade. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Shelf life: One year from despatch.
Reconstitution
Restore in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do Not Vortex. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 2-8 centigrade for one week or (with a carrier protein, e.g. 0.1% BSA)) at -20 to -80 centigrade for longer.
