Recombinant Human CD79B Protein (29-159aa), N-His-Tagged
Product Description
Cat
IMP-9339
Official Symbol
CD79B
Product Overview
Recombinant human CD79B protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.
Description
CD79B, also known as Igb and B29, is a 36 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein in the immunoglobulin superfamily. Heterodimers of CD79A and CD79B associate with a membrane bound immunoglobulin on the B cell surface to form the B cell antigen receptor complex (BCR). CD79A and CD79B are required for BCR-mediated signaling and consequently for the development and activation of B lineage cells.
