CD80
Product Overview
Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated recombinant human B7-1/CD80 protein (Val35-Asn242) with a human IgG1 (Pro100-Lys330) Fc tag at C-terminus was expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cell line.
Labeled with Alexa Fluor 488 via amines
Excitation Wavelength: 488 nm
Emission Wavelength: 515-545 nm
Description
The protein encoded by this gene is a membrane receptor that is activated by the binding of CD28 or CTLA-4. The activated protein induces T-cell proliferation and cytokine production. This protein can act as a receptor for adenovirus subgroup B and may play a role in lupus neuropathy.
