Recombinant Human IL1R1 Protein (Asp21-Thr332)
Product Description
Cat
IMP-10488
Official Symbol
IL1R1
Product Overview
Recombinant human IL-1 RI protein (Asp21-Thr332) without tag was expressed in Mouse myeloma cell line.
Description
This gene encodes a cytokine receptor that belongs to the interleukin-1 receptor family. The encoded protein is a receptor for interleukin-1 alpha, interleukin-1 beta, and interleukin-1 receptor antagonist. It is an important mediator involved in many cytokine-induced immune and inflammatory responses. This gene is located in a cluster of related cytokine receptor genes on chromosome 2q12.
Expression System
Mouse myeloma cell line
Species
Human
Tag
Tag Free
Predicted N Terminal
Asp21
Form
Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS with BSA as a carrier protein.
Molecular Mass
Predicted Molecular Mass: 36 kDa
SDS-PAGE: 55 kDa, reducing conditions
Protein length
Asp21-Thr332
Bio-activity
Measured by its ability to inhibit IL-1 beta-dependent proliferation in D10.G4.1 mouse helper T cells. Approximately 0.2-1.0 μg/mL of IL-1 RI will inhibit 50% of the biological response due to 30 pg/mL of recombinant human IL-1 beta.
Endotoxin
<0.10 EU/μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Purity
>97%, by SDS-PAGE visualized with Silver Staining and quantitative densitometry by Coomassie Blue Staining.
Storage
Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70 centigrade as supplied.
1 month, 2 to 8 centigrade under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
3 months, -20 to -70 centigrade under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute at 100 μg/mL in sterile PBS containing at least 0.1% human or bovine serum albumin.
