Lyophilized from sterile 20mM Tris, 300mM NaCl, 10%glycerol, pH 8.0, 5% trehalose, 5% mannitol and 0.01% Tween80.
Molecular Mass
The recombinant human NKG2D consists of 157 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 18.4 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of human NKG2D is approximately 22.6 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Storage
For long term storage, the product should be stored at lyophilized state at -20°C or lower. Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. This product is stable after storage at: -20°C to -70°C for 12 months in lyophilized state; -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
