Recombinant Human LAG3 Protein (Leu23-Leu450), C-hFc-tagged
Product Description
Cat
IMP-9726
Official Symbol
LAG3
Product Overview
Recombinant human LAG-3 protein (Leu23-Leu450) with a Human IgG1 (Pro100-Lys330) Fc tag at C-terminus was expressed in Mouse myeloma cell line.
Description
Lymphocyte-activation protein 3 belongs to Ig superfamily and contains 4 extracellular Ig-like domains. The LAG3 gene contains 8 exons. The sequence data, exon/intron organization, and chromosomal localization all indicate a close relationship of LAG3 to CD4.
Expression System
Mouse myeloma cell line
Species
Human
Tag
C-hFc
Predicted N Terminal
Leu23
Form
Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS.

Predicted Molecular Mass: 72.7 kDa (monomer)
SDS-PAGE: 75-90 kDa, under reducing conditions.
Protein length
Leu23-Leu450
Bio-activity
Measured by its ability to induce TNF-alpha secretion by JAWSII mouse immature dendritic cells. The ED50 for this effect is 1-4 μg/mL.
