Storage

Reconstitution

It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 mg/ml. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.

Human CD155, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

Bioactivity-ELISA 1

Immobilized Human TIGIT, His Tag at 2 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Human CD155, Fc Tag with a linear range of 8-128 ng/mL.

Bioactivity-ELISA 2

Serial dilutions of Human TIGIT Neutralizing antibody were added into Human CD155, Fc Tag: Biotinylated Human TIGIT, Fc,Avitag binding reactions. The half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) is 0.06065 ug/mL.

Bioactivity-BLI 1

Loaded Human CD155, Fc Tag on Protein A Biosensor, can bind Human TIGIT, His Tag with an affinity constant of 0.23 uM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e).

FACS analysis shows that the binding of Human CD155, Fc Tag to 293T overexpressing TIGIT was inhibited by increasing concentration of neutralizing Anti-Human TIGIT MAb. The concentration of CD155 used is 1 ug/mL. The IC50 is 0.09422 ug/mL.
