Product Description
Cat
IMP-10071
Official Symbol
PVR
Product Overview
Biotinylated recombinant human CD155/PVR protein (Gly27-Asn343) with a 6×His-tag and Avi-tag was expressed in human embryonic kidney cell.
Description
The protein encoded by this gene is a transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. The external domain mediates cell attachment to the extracellular matrix molecule vitronectin, while its intracellular domain interacts with the dynein light chain Tctex-1/DYNLT1. The gene is specific to the primate lineage, and serves as a cellular receptor for poliovirus in the first step of poliovirus replication. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Expression System
HEK293
Species
Human
Tag
C-6×His and Avi
Form
Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS with Trehalose.
Conjugate
Biotinylated
Molecular Mass
Predicted Molecular Mass: 37 kDa
SDS-PAGE: 59-67 kDa, under reducing conditions
Protein length
Gly27-Asn343
Bio-activity
The biotin to protein ratio is greater than 0.7 as determined by the HABA assay. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When 1 μg/mL of Biotinylated Recombinant Human CD155/PVR His-tag Avi-tag protein is immobilized onto Streptavidin coated plate, the concentration of Recombinant Human TIGIT Fc Chimera that produces 50% of the optimal binding response is 0.5-3 ng/mL.
Endotoxin
<0.10 EU/μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Purity
>95%, by SDS-PAGE visualized with Silver Staining and quantitative densitometry by Coomassie Blue Staining.
Notes
Biotinylated via Avi-tag
Storage
Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70 centigrade as supplied.
1 month, 2 to 8 centigrade under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
3 months, -20 to -70 centigrade under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute at 500 μg/mL in PBS.
