Recombinant Human PVR Protein (Gly27-Asn343), C-6×His-tagged
Product Description
Cat
IMP-9734
Official Symbol
PVR
Product Overview
Recombinant human CD155/PVR protein (Gly27-Asn343) with a C-terminal 6×His tag was expressed in Mouse myeloma cell line.
Description
The protein encoded by this gene is a transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. The external domain mediates cell attachment to the extracellular matrix molecule vitronectin, while its intracellular domain interacts with the dynein light chain Tctex-1/DYNLT1. The gene is specific to the primate lineage, and serves as a cellular receptor for poliovirus in the first step of poliovirus replication. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Expression System
Mouse myeloma cell line
Species
Human
Tag
C-6×His
Predicted N Terminal
Gly27
Form
Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS with BSA as a carrier protein.
Molecular Mass
Predicted Molecular Mass: 35.3 kDa
SDS-PAGE: 62-70 kDa, reducing conditions

Gly27-Asn343
Bio-activity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When Recombinant Human CD155/PVR is coated at 2.5 μg/mL (100 μL/well), the concentration of Recombinant Human TIGIT Fc Chimera that produces 50% optimal binding response is 40-200 ng/mL.
Endotoxin
<0.10 EU/μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Purity
>95%, by SDS-PAGE visualized with Silver Staining and quantitative densitometry by Coomassie Blue Staining.
Storage
Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70 centigrade as supplied.
1 month, 2 to 8 centigrade under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
3 months, -20 to -70 centigrade under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute at 100 μg/mL in sterile PBS containing at least 0.1% human or bovine serum albumin.
