Storage

Reconstitution

It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 mg/ml. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.

SDS-PAGE

Human SIRP alpha, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

SEC-MALS 1

The purity of Human SIRP alpha, Fc Tag was more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 140-155 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.

Bioactivity-ELISA 1

Immobilized Human SIRP alpha, Fc Tag at 2 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Human CD47, His Tag with a linear range of 2-13 ng/mL.

Bioactivity-FACS 1

FACS assay shows that Human SIRP alpha, Fc Tag can bind to Jurkat cell expressing CD47. The concentration of SIRP alpha used is 1 ug/mL.
