Storage

Reconstitution

It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 mg/ml. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.

SDS-PAGE

FITC-Labeled Human SLAMF7, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.

Bioactivity-FACS 1

2e5 of Anti-SLAMF7 CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 uL of 10 ug/mL of FITC-Labeled Human SLAMF7, His Tag and negative control protein respectively, FITC signal was used to evaluate the binding activity.
