Recombinant Human TGFB1 Protein, C-His-tagged
Product Description
Cat
IMP-8931
Official Symbol
TGFB1
Product Overview
Human TGFB1 recombinant protein with polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus expressed in E. coli.
Description
TGFB is a multifunctional peptide that controls proliferation, differentiation, and other functions in many cell types. TGFB acts synergistically with TGFA in inducing transformation. It also acts as a negative autocrine growth factor. Dysregulation of TGFB activation and signaling may result in apoptosis. Many cells synthesize TGFB and almost all of them have specific receptors for this peptide. TGFB1, TGFB2, and TGFB3 all function through the same receptor signaling systems.
