Recombinant Human TNFRSF14 Protein (Pro37-Val202, Ser108Thr, Ala140Arg), C-Fc and 6×His-tagged
Product Description
Cat
IMP-9772
Official Symbol
TNFRSF14
Product Overview
Recombinant human HVEM/TNFRSF14 protein, Pro37-Val202 (Ser108Thr; Ala140Arg), with a human IgG1 (Pro100-Lys330) Fc tag and 6×His tag at C-terminus was expressed in Mouse myeloma cell line.
Description
This gene encodes a member of the TNF (tumor necrosis factor) receptor superfamily. The encoded protein functions in signal transduction pathways that activate inflammatory and inhibitory T-cell immune response. It binds herpes simplex virus (HSV) viral envelope glycoprotein D (gD), mediating its entry into cells. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Expression System
Mouse myeloma cell line
