Recombinant Human TNFRSF18 Protein (26-162aa), C-His-Tagged
Product Description
Cat
IMP-9373
Official Symbol
TNFRSF18
Product Overview
Recombinant human TNFRSF18, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
Description
TNFRSF18, also known as tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 18, belongs to the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. It is receptor for TNFSF18 and seems to be involved in interactions between activated T-lymphocytes and endothelial cells and in the regulation of T-cell receptor-mediated cell death. It is mediated NF-kappa-B activation via the TRAF2/NIK pathway.
