IMP-9335
Official Symbol
TNFRSF1A
Product Overview
Recombinant human TNFRSF1A protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.
Description
TNFRSF1A is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. This protein is one of the major receptors for the tumor necrosis factor-alpha. This receptor can activate the transcription factor NF-kB, mediate apoptosis, and function as a regulator of inflammation. It plays regulatory roles in the signal transduction mediated by the receptor.
