Storage

Reconstitution

It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 mg/ml. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.

Biotinylated Human OX40, Fc,Avitag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

Bioactivity-ELISA 1

Immobilized Human OX40 Ligand, Fc Tag at 5 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human OX40, Fc,Avitag with a linear range of 5-78 ng/mL.

Bioactivity-FACS 1

FACS assay shows that recombinant Biotinylated Human OX40, Fc,Avitag can bind to 293T cell overexpressing human OX40L. The concentration of OX40 is 0.1 ug/mL.
