IMP-9391
Official Symbol
TNFSF8
Product Overview
Recombinant human TNFSF8, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
Description
TNFSF8, also known as tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 8, is a type II membrane protein belonging to the TNF superfamily. It is expressed on the cell surface of activated T cells, B cells, and monocytes. CD30/TNFRSF8 ligation by TNFSF8 mediates pleiotropic effects including cell proliferation, activation, differentiation and cell death by apoptosis.
