Storage

Reconstitution

It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 mg/ml. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.

Human CD30 Ligand, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag, low endotoxin on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

Bioactivity-ELISA 1

Immobilized Human CD30, His Tag at 2 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Human CD30 Ligand, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag, low endotoxin with a linear range of 1-25 ng/mL.

Bioactivity-BLI 1

Loaded Biotinylated Human CD30, Avitag,His Tag on SA Biosensor, can bind Human CD30 Ligand, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag, low endotoxin with an affinity constant of 114 nM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e).

Bioactivity-FACS 1

FACS analysis shows that Human CD30 Ligand, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag, low endotoxin can bind to K562-CD30 cells surface CD30. The concentration of Human CD30 Ligand is 0.1 ug/mL.

Bioactivity-FACS 2

FACS analysis shows that the binding of Human CD30 Ligand, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag, low endotoxin to K562-CD30 cells surface CD30 was inhibited by increasing concentration of neutralizing anti-CD30 antibody. The concentration of Human CD30 Ligand used is 0.1 ug/mL. The IC50 is 0.2064 ug/mL.
