Biotinylated Recombinant Human ULBP1 (NP_079494.1) (Gly26-Gly216) protein, fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag, was expreesed in HEK293 Cells. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

Reconstitution
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 mg/ml. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
