Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5% trehalose, 5% mannitol and 0.01% Tween80.
Molecular Mass
The mature form of recombinant human ULBP1/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 439 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 50.4 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of rhULBP1/Fc monomer is approximately 55-60 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
Storage
For long term storage, the product should be stored at lyophilized state at -20°C or lower. Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. This product is stable after storage at: -20°C to -70°C for 12 months in lyophilized state; -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
