Recombinant Mouse Cd3d&Cd3e Protein, No Tag
Product Description
Cat
IMP-4235
Official Symbol
Cd3d&Cd3e
Product Overview
Recombinant extracellular domain (Met1-Ala105) of mouse CD3D (P04235) was fused with the C-terminal his-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; Recombinant extracellular domain (Met1-Asp108) of mouse CD3E (P22646) was fused with the C-terminal flag-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the mouse CD3D/CD3E heterodimer was purified.
Description
The CD3 complex mediates signal transduction.
Expression System
HEK293

Form
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5 % trehalose, 5% mannitol and 0.01% Tween80.
Molecular Mass
The recombinant heterodimer of mouse CD3D/CD3E comprises 669 (334+335) amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 75.4 (37.5+37.9) kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of mouse CD3D/CD3E heterodimer is approximately 36-55 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Protein length
Met1-Ala105 and Met1-Asp108
Endotoxin
< 1.0 EU/μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Purity
> 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Storage
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20 to -80 centigrade.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20 to -80 centigrade. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution
A hardcopy of COA with reconstitution instruction is sent along with the products. Please refer to it for detailed information.
