Recombinant Mouse CD40LG Protein (Met112-Leu260), N-HA-tagged
Product Description
Cat
IMP-10363
Official Symbol
Cd40lg
Product Overview
Recombinant Mouse CD40 Ligand/TNFSF5 protein (Met112-Leu260) with a HA (YPYDVPDYA) tag at N-terminus was expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cell line.
Description
The protein encoded by this gene is expressed on the surface of T cells. It regulates B cell function by engaging CD40 on the B cell surface. A defect in this gene results in an inability to undergo immunoglobulin class switch and is associated with hyper-IgM syndrome.
