Recombinant Mouse CD7 Protein (Gln24-Pro150), C-6×His-tagged
Product Description
Cat
IMP-10322
Official Symbol
Cd7
Product Overview
Recombinant Mouse CD7 protein (Gln24-Pro150) with a C-terminal 6×His tag was expressed in Mouse myeloma cell line.
Description
This gene encodes a transmembrane protein which is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. This protein is found on thymocytes and mature T cells. It plays an essential role in T-cell interactions and also in T-cell/B-cell interaction during early lymphoid development.
Expression System
Mouse myeloma cell line
Species
Mouse
Tag
C-6×His
Predicted N Terminal
No results obtained: Gln24 predicted
Form
Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS.

Gln24-Pro150
Bio-activity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When Recombinant Mouse SECTM1 Fc Chimera is immobilized at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well), the concentration of Recombinant Mouse CD7 that produces 50% optimal binding response is approximately 15-75 ng/mL.
