Recombinant Mouse Cd79b Protein, C-His-tagged
Product Description
Cat
IMP-4302
Official Symbol
Cd79b
Product Overview
Recombinant mouse CD79B (P15530) extracellular domain (Met 1-Asp 158) was expressed, with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
Description
The B lymphocyte antigen receptor is a multimeric complex that includes the antigen-specific component, surface immunoglobulin (Ig). Surface Ig non-covalently associates with two other proteins, Ig-alpha and Ig-beta, which are necessary for expression and function of the B-cell antigen receptor. This gene encodes the Ig-beta protein of the B-cell antigen component. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described.
Expression System
HEK293
Species
Mouse
Tag
C-His

Form
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5 % trehalose, 5% mannitol and 0.01% Tween80.
Molecular Mass
The secreted recombinant mouse CD79B comprises 144 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 16.4 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 25-35 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

< 1.0 EU/μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Purity
> 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Storage
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20 to -80 centigrade.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20 to -80 centigrade. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution
A hardcopy of COA with reconstitution instruction is sent along with the products. Please refer to it for detailed information.
