Recombinant Mouse Cd8a&Cd8b1 Protein, C-Flag&His-tagged
Product Description
Cat
IMP-1330
Official Symbol
Cd8a&Cd8b1
Product Overview
Recombinant extracellular domain (Met1-Tyr196) of mouse CD8A (NP_001074579.1) was fused with a flag tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; Recombinant extracellular domain (Met1-Thr175) of mouse CD8B (NP_033988.1) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the mouse CD8A&CD8B heterodimer was purified.
Description
CD8 exists as a disulfide-linked dimer of either α and β chain or two α chains. The crystal structure of the N-terminal 113 amino acids of human CD8 revealed homology to immunoglobulin (Ig) variable domains with nine β strands divided into two β sheets, one of four and the other of five strands.
