Bio-activity
Measured by flow cytometry for its ability to bind a ligand expressed in necrotic EL-4 mouse lymphoblast cells. When 100 ng of Recombinant Mouse CLEC9a Fc Chimera is added to 5 × 10^5 EL-4 cells, >50% of necrotic EL-4 cells bind to the protein.
