IMP-9824
Official Symbol
Dll1
Product Overview
Recombinant Mouse DLL1 protein (Ser22-Gln516) with a Mouse IgG2A (Glu98-Lys330) Fc tag at C-terminus was expressed in Mouse myeloma cell line.
Description
DLL1 is a human homolog of the Notch Delta ligand and is a member of the delta/serrate/jagged family. It plays a role in mediating cell fate decisions during hematopoiesis. It may play a role in cell-to-cell communication.

Ser22-Gln516
Bio-activity
Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to enhance BMP-2 induced alkaline phosphatase activity in C3H10T1/2 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells. Nobta, M. et al. (2005) J. Biol. Chem. 280:15842. The ED50 for this effect is 0.25-1 μg/mL.
Endotoxin
<0.10 EU/μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Purity
>90%, by SDS-PAGE visualized with Silver Staining and quantitative densitometry by Coomassie Blue Staining.
