Recombinant Mouse Gstp1 Protein (1-210aa), N-His-Tagged
Product Description
Cat
IMP-9364
Official Symbol
Gstp1
Product Overview
Recombinant mouse Gstp1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
Description
Gstp1 also known as Glutathione S-transferase P 1. Gstp1 is a superfamily of ubiquitously expressed cytosolic, mitochondrial and membrane-associated enzymes involved in a range of detoxification processes. Also Increased Gstp1 levels were consistently associated with reduced Cdk5 activity. Gstp1 directly inhibits Cdk5 by dislodging p25/p35, and indirectly by eliminating oxidative stress.
