Recombinant Mouse IL1R1 Protein (Leu20-Lys338), C-hFc-tagged
Product Description
Cat
IMP-10489
Official Symbol
Il1r1
Product Overview
Recombinant Mouse IL-1 RI protein (Leu20-Lys338) with a Human IgG1 (Pro100-Lys330) Fc tag at C-terminus was expressed in Mouse myeloma cell line.
Description
This gene encodes a cytokine receptor that belongs to the interleukin-1 receptor family. The encoded protein is a receptor for interleukin-1 alpha, interleukin-1 beta, and interleukin-1 receptor antagonist. It is an important mediator involved in many cytokine-induced immune and inflammatory responses. This gene is located in a cluster of related cytokine receptor genes on chromosome 2q12.
Expression System
Mouse myeloma cell line
Species
Mouse
Tag
C-hFc
Predicted N Terminal
Leu20
Form
Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS.
Molecular Mass
Predicted Molecular Mass: 63.8 kDa (monomer)
SDS-PAGE: 95-110 kDa, reducing conditions
Protein length
Leu20-Lys338
Bio-activity
Measured by its ability to inhibit IL-1 alpha-dependent proliferation in D10.G4.1 mouse helper T cells. Approximately 0.005-0.015 μg/mL of IL-1 sRI/Fc Chimera will inhibit 50% of the biological response due to 50 pg/mL of rmIL-1a.
Endotoxin
<0.10 EU/μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Purity
>90%, by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and visualized by silver stain.
Notes
Disulfide-linked homodimer
Storage
Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70 centigrade as supplied.
1 month, 2 to 8 centigrade under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
3 months, -20 to -70 centigrade under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute at 100 μg/mL in sterile PBS.
