Recombinant Mouse IL23R Protein (Gly24-Asp372), C-hFc-tagged
Product Description
Cat
IMP-10549
Official Symbol
Il23r
Product Overview
Recombinant Mouse IL-23R protein (Gly24-Asp372) with a Human IgG1 (Pro100-Lys330) Fc tag at C-terminus was expressed in Mouse myeloma cell line.
Description
The protein encoded by this gene is a subunit of the receptor for IL23A/IL23. This protein pairs with the receptor molecule IL12RB1/IL12Rbeta1, and both are required for IL23A signaling. This protein associates constitutively with Janus kinase 2 (JAK2), and also binds to transcription activator STAT3 in a ligand-dependent manner.
Expression System
Mouse myeloma cell line
Species
Mouse
Tag
C-hFc
Predicted N Terminal
Gly24
Form
Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS.

Protein length
Gly24-Asp372
Bio-activity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When Recombinant Mouse IL-23 R/Fc Chimera is immobilized at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) the concentration of Recombinant Mouse IL-23 that produces 50% of optimal binding response is approximately 5-25 ng/mL
