Recombinant Mouse LAG3 Protein (Gly24-Leu442), C-mFc-tagged
Product Description
Cat
IMP-9760
Official Symbol
Lag3
Product Overview
Recombinant Mouse LAG-3 protein (Gly24-Leu442) with a Mouse IgG2A (Glu98-Lys330) Fc tag at C-terminus was expressed in Mouse myeloma cell line.
Description
Lymphocyte-activation protein 3 belongs to Ig superfamily and contains 4 extracellular Ig-like domains. The LAG3 gene contains 8 exons. The sequence data, exon/intron organization, and chromosomal localization all indicate a close relationship of LAG3 to CD4.
