Product Overview
Recombinant mouse Lamp2, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
Description
Lamp2, also known as lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 2, is a major component of lysosomal membranes. It is clinically characterized by cardiomyopathy, myopathy, and variable mental retardation. Upregulated Lamp2 at the plasma membrane serves as an indicator of cell activation of CD8+ T cells, mast cells, monocytes, and platelets.
