Description
Enables signaling receptor binding activity. Acts upstream of or within negative regulation of T cell activation. Predicted to be active in cell surface. Orthologous to human TIGIT (T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains).
> 80% as determined by SDS-PAGE and Coomassie blue staining.
Storage
Store at -80 centigrade after receiving vials. Stability: Stable for 12 months from the date of receipt of the product under proper storage and handling conditions. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Concentration
> 50 μg/mL as determined by microplate BCA method.
